Q: What are my subscription options?
Currently we are only offering the early subscriber option of 7 issues for the price of 5. The total cost of $74.75 amounts to approximately $10.70 per issue.
After our official launch on July 1, 2009, you will be able to subscribe on a issue-by-issue basis for a cost of $14.95 per issue.
You will also have the option to subscribe for 6 issues for the price of 5 (a total cost of $74.75, approximately $12.45 per issue).
If your membership expires, you will still be able to access content of issues you purchased for 90 days.
Please note: Live Dreaming Productions, LLC, is operating and managing EckhartTolleTV.com on behalf of Eckhart Teachings, Inc. Live Dreaming Productions, LLC will appear on your credit card statement with your membership charges.

Q: Can I subscribe mid-month?
I did not subscribe on the first of the month, but I have been charged for a full issue. Am I losing anything by signing up later in the month?
Subscribing to Eckhart Tolle TV is like subscribing to a magazine. Each issue is complete at the time of launch. You will have full access to everything contained in each issue that you have subscribed to for as long as your membership is current. Discussion boards and other community-driven content are ongoing and accessible as long as you are a member.
Q: Are downloads available?
I want to take video and audio content with me. Is content only available via streaming media?
Eckhart Tolle TV has been designed as a streaming content site. If you miss a live broadcast in an issue you have subscribed to, you can still watch it at your convenience provided your membership is current.
For an additional fee, you may purchase audio and video downloads for storage on your portable music and/or video player at our Eckhart Tolle TV downloads store.
Q: Back issues?
What about back issues/archive access?
As long as your membership is current, you will have ongoing access to any issue that you have subscribed to. Additional back issues will also be made available at our downloads store.
Q: Return Policy?
I am not satisfied with my purchase. What is your return policy?
If you are paying the per-issue rate of $14.95 there is no refund unless it can be shown that you have not viewed any of the material. Members who paid the early subscriber rate of $74.75 for 7 issues (or 2 free issues) will be refunded as follows: Each issue price will be calculated at $14.95 per month. If you have been an active member for four issues, you will receive a refund of $14.95 for the final issue you paid for. Three issues of active membership warrant a refund of $29.90. Two issues’ worth of membership warrants a refund of $44.85. Finally, if you were an active member for only one issue prior to your request for cancellation, you will receive a refund of $59.80.
Q: Can I log in to my account from different computers?
Yes, but you can only log in from one computer at a time.
Q: Can I share my password?
We sincerely ask that you do not share your user ID and password with anyone else. To do so would jeopardize our ability to sustain Eckhart Tolle TV at an affordable rate. Only one user ID per member will be permitted to access to Eckhart Tolle TV at a time.

Q: Can I watch on TV?
How do I watch Eckhart Tolle TV on my television?
Eckhart Tolle TV is strictly an Internet-based subscription service, as opposed to a television network available with your cable television service. Eckhart Tolle TV can only be watched via a computer. If you would like to watch on your television screen, there are a variety of hardware options for connecting your home computer to your television.
Q: How do the live meditations and broadcasts work?
We will post a list of events that shows the date and time of live meditations and other broadcasts. We will email you in advance to remind you or to notify you of any changes in our schedule. A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice will be given for the live meditations, and longer for other live events.
Q: Live outside North America?
I live outside of North America. Will this prevent me from participating in Eckhart Tolle TV?
Absolutely not. Eckhart Tolle TV is available through the medium of the Internet, thus broadcasts are not limited to any time zone or location. Persons may access at any time during the subscription period, once registered as a member.
Q: How can I ask Eckhart a question?
Any current member of Eckhart Tolle TV may submit questions for Eckhart in written, audio, or video form, and thereby become eligible for possible attendance at future studio recordings of issues of Eckhart Tolle TV. Eckhart may choose to answer your question whether or not tickets are available at recording sessions. In either case, you will be acknowledged by Eckhart should your question be chosen.
Q: Failed to receive a confirmation email?
I subscribed to Eckhart Tolle TV and did not receive an email in response. Can you help me?

Q: Need a receipt?
I think I paid for my subscription to Eckhart Tolle TV, but I didn’t receive a receipt. Can you help me?

I wanted to subscribe to Eckhart Tolle TV, but when I started to, a security warning came up telling me there that is a problem with the site.

Q: What is the minimum Internet connection required?
We recommend a basic broadband connection. This will include DSL or Cable modem service with a minimum of 600Kbit download speed.
Q: What is the minimum computer configuration required/recommended?
A basic computer configuration capable of watching YouTube videos will suffice.
Q: Dial-up
I am on a dial-up connection. Will this be okay?
Unfortunately, no.
Q: Choppy video
The preview videos look choppy while playing. Will the videos on the membership site be the same?
The playback of the preview videos will be similar to that experienced in the membership site. You may consider upgrading your Internet service.
Q: Audio only?
My Internet connection won't let me watch the videos, but can I listen to the audio?
At the moment, teachings on Eckhart Tolle TV are available as video only.
