Q: What are my subscription options?

There are three ways you can subscribe. You can buy each issue monthly for $14.95, you can purchase a 6 month subscription for $74.95 (gets you 1 month’s issue for free), or you can purchase the Full Media Package which includes 6 months of access plus downloads of all the content from each issue within your subscription term ($89.95).

If your membership expires, you will still be able to access content of issues purchased for 90 days.

Q: Can I subscribe mid-month?

I did not subscribe on the first of the month, but I have been charged for a full issue. Am I losing anything by signing up later in the month?

Subscribing to Eckhart Tolle TV is like subscribing to a magazine. Each issue is complete at the time of launch. You will have full access to everything contained in each issue that you have subscribed to for as long as your membership is current. Discussion boards and other community-driven content are ongoing and accessible as long as you are a member.

If your membership expires, you will still be able to access content of issues purchased for 90 days.

Q: What does an issue contain?

On the first of each month EckhartTolleTV.com will launch a new issue for the month. There is only one issue per month. An issue contains a featured seminar, several shorter Question & Answer videos, exclusive content from Kim Eng, and a live meditation.

Q: I am not satisfied with my purchase. What is your refund policy?

If you are paying the per-issue rate of $14.95, there can be no refund unless it can be shown that you have not viewed any of the material. Members who paid the subscriber rate of $74.95 for 6 months or $89.95 for the Full Media Package will be refunded as follows: Each issue is valued at $14.95 per month. For each issue viewed, we will subtract $14.95 and refund you the balance of your account.

Q: Can I log in to my account from different computers?

Yes, but you can only log in from one computer at a time.

Q: Can I share my password?

We sincerely ask that you do not share your user ID and password with anyone else. To do so would jeopardize our ability to sustain Eckhart Tolle TV at an affordable rate. Only one user ID per member will be permitted to access to Eckhart Tolle TV at a time.

Q: How do I watch Eckhart Tolle TV on my television?

Eckhart Tolle TV is strictly an Internet-based subscription service, as opposed to a television network available with your cable television service. Eckhart Tolle TV can only be watched via a computer. If you would like to watch on your television screen, there are a variety of hardware options for connecting your home computer to your television.

Q: I subscribed to Eckhart Tolle TV and did not receive an email confirmation. Why not?

Q: I cannot view the page properly, what is wrong?

We recommend that Eckhart Tolle TV be viewed with the Mozilla Firefox browser. Other browsers have shown to cause issues with viewing the website properly. While we are working to rectify this, please try using Firefox to view the website to see if this resolves the problem. If it does not, please contact Customer Service for more help.

Q: What is the minimum Internet connection required?

We recommend a basic broadband connection. This will include DSL or Cable modem service with a minimum of 600Kbit download speed.

Q: What is the minimum computer configuration required/recommended?

A basic computer configuration capable of watching YouTube videos will suffice.

Q: I am on a dial-up connection. Will this be okay?

Unfortunately, no.

Q: The preview videos look choppy while playing. Will the videos on the membership site be the same?

The playback of the preview videos will be similar to that experienced in the membership site. You may consider upgrading your Internet service

Q: I can’t hear the audio properly.

We have found that audio problems most commonly occur due to the following reasons:

1. Your computer’s volume has been muted or turned too low, or your speakers are connected incorrectly. Please verify that this is not the case and try listening to content again.

2. Your Flash Player may be outdated. To make sure you are using the latest available version, please visit: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Q: What is meant by downloading as opposed to streaming access?

Downloading refers to transferring the files from the website to store on your own computer, instead of watching from the website. The benefit of doing this is that you can watch the videos without an internet connection, also you can choose to burn your own CDs or DVDs of the material, or transfer the audio files to your mp3 player (ie. iPod) to listen to on the go.

Downloads are available in both audio (mp3) and video (WMV, mp4) format. Streaming access refers to viewing the videos directly on the website.

Q: Is your website secure?

Yes. Your credit card details are stored on our bank’s secure server, and we do not have access to your information. Your browser may indicate that the page is secure by showing a blue shade in your Address bar. Additionally, the URL will read as https:// instead of the regular http:// to indicate security.

To change your notification settings, go to Profile, then click the "Notifications" tab. On this page, you can enter the email where you would like to receive notifications, remove it, or change to a new email address.

Q: I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do this?

To cancel, please remove your credit card number from your profile (Click Profile, then click Modify Payment Information to change billing details). Your account will not be renewed.

If you have paid for a 6-month subscription and would like to cancel part-way through it, please send Customer Service an email. You may be entitled to a refund based on how many issues have been accessed. Each issue viewed is valued at $14.95. Once an issue has been viewed, a refund cannot be issued for that month.

Q: How do I access the downloads?

If you are subscribed with the Full Media Package for $89.95, automatic access to downloads is included for each issue within the subscription term. To access these downloads, click "Store" and then "My Downloads".

Downloads can also be purchased individually in the Store. Audio downloads of full issues are $2.99, and Video downloads of full issues are $4.95. Once purchased, these downloads will also appear in the "My Downloads" section and will be available for 90 days.

Q: How do I stop receiving emails from Eckhart Tolle TV?

Account information can be changed by logging in to your account, then clicking on "Profile". For billing options, first click "Profile", then click "Modify Payment Information".

To stop emails from Eckhart Tolle TV, first click "Profile, then check "Opt-out of all Emails".

Q: Can I purchase previous issues/back-issues? How do I do that?

A "previous issue" refers to an issue that came out before your subscription became active. These issues can be purchased at a reduced rate of $9.95/issue for streaming access. To purchase a previous issue, scroll to the bottom of the current issue’s page and click on the issue you wish to purchase. Downloads of previous issues are also available in the store. The cost is $2.99 for audio and $4.95 for video.

Q: Can I get a receipt for my subscription cost?

Please contact customerservice@eckharttolletv.com for a receipt, and provide your name, address, and the date and time that you subscribed.

Q: When is the live meditation?

We will post a list of events that shows the date and time of live meditations and other broadcasts. We will email you in advance to remind you or to notify you of any changes in our schedule. A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice will be given for the live meditations, and longer for other live events.

Q: How can I ask Eckhart a question?

Any current member of Eckhart Tolle TV may submit questions for Eckhart in written or video form, and thereby become eligible for possible attendance at future studio recordings of issues of Eckhart Tolle TV. Eckhart may choose to answer your question whether or not tickets are available at recording sessions. In either case, you will be acknowledged by Eckhart should your question be chosen.

Q: I live outside of North America. Will this prevent me from participating in Eckhart Tolle TV?

Absolutely not. Eckhart Tolle TV is available through the medium of the Internet, thus broadcasts are not limited to any time zone or location. Persons may access at any time during the subscription period, once registered as a member.
